摘要
我国硫酸盐腐蚀环境分布范围广、危害重,腐蚀环境中的混凝土基本上是“一年化粉,三年坍塌”,煤矿斜井井筒在硫酸盐腐蚀环境地层出现渗漏、破坏现象,影响井筒的正常运营。为有效治理硫酸盐腐蚀环境中煤矿斜井井筒渗漏破坏问题,消除井筒的安全隐患,开展了硫酸盐腐蚀环境及斜井井筒渗漏特征分析、抗硫酸盐腐蚀注浆材料开发及性能测试、腐蚀源注浆隔断技术研究,并进行了示范应用。研究结果表明,我国东部沿海、中原和西部地区均有硫酸盐腐蚀环境分布,SO^(2-)_(4)和Cl^(-)等侵蚀性介质随着渗漏水进入煤矿井壁,发生化学反应,井壁水泥块软化、松散、脱落,造成煤矿井筒混凝土腐蚀破坏,导致井筒混凝土强度和耐久性降低;通过在水泥中掺加粉煤灰和添加剂,制备的抗硫酸盐腐蚀注浆材料可抑制浆液结石体与SO^(2-)_(4)的反应,降低钙矾石的生成速率和数量,减缓硫酸盐腐蚀破坏进程;在井筒外侧地层中注入抗硫酸盐腐蚀注浆材料浆液,形成环状保护壳,可阻隔硫酸盐腐蚀源与井筒的接触,保护斜井井筒免受硫酸盐腐蚀破坏;甜水堡煤矿斜井井筒硫酸盐腐蚀环境段治理结果显示,主井、副井和风井的涌水量分别较治理前减少76%、78%和66%,3个井筒已完好运营6年,与预测结果基本一致,保障了井筒的正常运营和煤矿的安全生产,解决了硫酸盐腐蚀环境中煤矿斜井井筒渗漏破坏问题。
Sulfate corrosion environment in our country was widely distributed and dangerous.The concrete in the corrosion environment was basically"powder one year and collapse three years".Inclined shaft of coal mine appeared leakage and damage in sulfate corrosion environmental strata,affecting the normal operation of the shaft.In order to effectively control the problem of mine inclined shaft leakage and damage in sulfate corrosion environment and eliminate the safety hazard of the shaft,the characteristics analysis of sulfate corrosion environment and inclined shaft leakage,the development and performance test of sulfate corrosion resistant grouting materials,and the research of corrosion source grouting partition technology were carried out,and the demonstration application was carried out.The results showed that the sulphate corrosion environment was distributed in the east coast,central plains and western regions of China.The corrosive media such as SO^(2-)_(4) and Cl^(-) entered the coal mine shaft wall with leakage water,and chemical reaction occured.The cement block on the shaft wall softens,loosens and falls off,resulting in the corrosion damage of the coal mine shaft concrete and the deterioration of the strength and durability of the shaft concrete.By adding fly ash and additives into the cement,the sulfate corrosion resistant grouting material could inhibit the reaction between grout stone body and SO^(2-)_(4),which reduced the formation rate and quantity of ettringite and slowed the process of sulfate corrosion damage.The anti-sulfate corrosion grouting material grout was injected into the stratum outside the wellbore to form a ring protective shell,which could block the contact between the sulfate corrosion source and the wellbore and protected the inclined shaft from sulfate corrosion damage.The treatment results of sulphate corrosion environment section of inclined shaft in Tianshuibao Coal mine showed that the water inflow of main shaft,auxiliary shaft and wind shaft were reduced by 76%,78%and 66%,respectively,compared with that before treatment.The three shafts had been in good operation for 6 years,which was consistent with the predicted results,ensuring the normal operation of shaft and the safe production of coal mine,and solving the problem of leakage and damage of inclined shaft in the sulphate corrosion environment of coal mine.
