有效课堂教学特征、结构与评价的研究进展

摘要 有效课堂教学是保障课堂教学质量,以及落实教育教学改革措施的重要抓手。从有效课堂教学的特征、结构和评价入手对已有研究进行综述。研究发现,特征层面主要包括:概念内涵视角、课程需要视角和主体参与视角;结构层面主要包括:教学要素视角、教学阶段视角和教学实例视角;评价层面主要包括:教师专业发展视角、评价基本要素视角和教学质量框架视角。有效课堂教学研究是衡量教师专业能力素质水平,保证课堂教学质量稳步提升,以及促进教师专业发展的重要举措,通过研究可为促进有效课堂教学的实现提供参考。 Effective classroom teaching serves as a crucial means to ensure the quality of teaching and implement educational reform measures.This paper provides a review of existing research by examining the characteristics,structure,and evaluation of effective classroom teaching.The analysis reveals that the characteristics encompass three main perspectives:conceptual perspective,curriculum needs perspective,and participant involvement perspective.The structural aspects include teaching element perspective,teaching phase perspective,and teaching example perspective.The evaluation dimensions comprise teacher professional development perspective,fundamental evaluation elements perspective,and teaching quality framework perspective.Research on effective classroom teaching is a pivotal approach to assessing teachers'professional competence,ensuring the steady improvement of teaching quality,and promoting teacher professional development.This research can provide valuable insights for achieving effective classroom teaching.
