摘要
随着我国数字化转型工作深入开展,各类机构及组织积极开展数字化建设工作,建设完成的数字化项目极大提高了各行业生产效率和经济效益。国家提出“高质量发展”方针政策,衡量数字化项目综合绩效,成为当前各类数字化项目建设方需要考虑的问题,需要建立可量化、可落地的评估体系及评估方法。提出一种电网数字化项目综合绩效评估体系及评估方法,可以明确电网数字化项目综合绩效,为后续电网数字化项目建设提供参考。
With the in-depth development of Chinas digital transformation,various institutions and organizations actively carry out digit-al projects construction.The completed digital projects improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of various industries.With the national policy of“high-quality development”,how to specifically measure the comprehensive performance of digital projects becomes a problem that needs to be considered by the current construction party of various digital projects.It is necessary to establish a quantifiable and executable evaluation system and evaluation methods.It proposes an evaluation system and evaluation methodo,which can clarify the comprehensive performance of digital project construction and provide a reference for subsequent digital projects.
