摘要
大学生就业意愿在较大程度上影响其就业活动,并影响个人和家庭的未来发展轨迹。文章通过调查大学生的家庭背景、学业成就和就业意愿,分析大学生收入意愿、发展方向意愿和区域选择意愿的形成机制,结果发现,在高校大学生群体中,个体的家庭社会经济文化地位越高,对高收入、高学历的期待和到发达地区就业的愿望越强烈,客观专业成绩排名和主观学业成就评价也越高。大学生客观学业成就是家庭社会经济文化地位影响其收入意愿、发展方向意愿和区域选择意愿的中介机制,主观学业成就只是家庭社会经济文化地位影响其发展方向意愿的中介机制。在此基础上,文章就高校如何弱化家庭背景因素影响、做好客观学业成就评价、引导大学生就业意愿形成提出建议。
Undergraduates'employment willingness to a large extent affects their entire employment activities and future development trajectory of individuals and families.The research investigates the family background,academic achievement and employment willingness of college students,and analyzes the formation mechanism of college students'employment income willingness,development direction willingness and regional choice willingness.The study found that the higher the family socioeconomic and cultural status of college students,the higher the pursuit of income,education and employment in developed areas,the higher the objective ranking and subjective evaluation of academic achievement of the college students.Objective academic achievement is the intermediate mechanism through which family socioeconomic and cultural status affects the intention of income,development direction and regional choice,while subjective academic achievement is the intermediate mechanism through which family socioeconomic and cultural status affects the intention of development direction.Therefore,we propose work suggestions for universities to weaken the impact of family background factors,do a good job of objective academic achievement evaluation,and guide the formation of college students'employment aspirations.
