摘要
随着机械设备智能化和自动化水平的提高,状态估计技术在机械设备控制软件中的研究与应用日益重要。文章介绍了状态估计技术的背景和意义,探讨了机械设备状态估计的方法和算法,包括模型预测控制、卡尔曼滤波算法及粒子滤波算法等,讨论了状态估计技术在机械设备控制软件中的应用,包括故障诊断、预测维护及优化控制等方面,总结了当前状态估计技术的研究现状和存在问题,并展望了未来的发展方向。
With the improvement of intelligence and automation level of mechanical equipment,the research and application of state estimation technology in mechanical equipment control software are becoming increasingly important.This paper introduces the background and significance of state estimation technology,discusses the methods and algorithms of state estimation of mechanical equipment,including model predictive control,Kalman filter,particle filter,etc,and discusses the application of state estimation technology in mechanical equipment control software,including fault diagnosis,predictive maintenance,and optimized control.This article summarizes the current research status and existing problems of state estimation technology,and looks forward to future development directions.
