摘要
机力塔作为代替冷却塔的一种设备,由于机力风机的参与运行会导致厂用电增加。该文主要研究在满足机组安全的前提下,机组启停过程中机力风机的最佳启停时间点。经分析试验,得出在机组启动过程中,高压旁路开启以后开启2台风机,高压进汽结束以后开启3台风机比较合适。停机过程则是在机组STOP以后停5台风机比较合适。
As a kind of equipment to replace the cooling tower,more mechanical fans participate in the operation,which leads to the increase of auxiliary power consumption.This paper mainly studies the optimal start-stop time of mechanical fan in the process of unit start and stop on the premise of satisfying the safety of the unit.Through analysis and test,it is concluded that during the start-up of the unit,it is more appropriate to open 2 fans after the opening of high-pressure bypass and 3 fans after the end of high-pressure steam intake.During the shutdown process,it is more appropriate to stop 5 fans after the unit STOP.
