摘要
国家的治理水平与治理能力很大程度上取决于城乡基层的治理水平与治理能力。社工站参与基层社区治理,是创新社区治理现代化的实践,是社会工作专业化、职业化发展的重要路径。针对调研中社工站在推进基层社区现代化治理过程中存在的多层面困境,政府、社区、社工站应共同发力,探讨社工站助力基层社区现代化治理的多维路径,以期切实提升社区治理能力,实现基层社区现代化治理的高阶变革。
The level and capacity of governance of a country largely depend on the level and capacity of governance at the urban and rural grassroots level.The participation of social work stations in grassroots community governance is the practice of innovative modernization of community governance,and an important path to develop the specialization and professionalism of social work.It is necessary to make joint effects of government,community,and community station according to the multi⁃dimensional dilemma in the process of the promotion of modern governance in grassroots communities.The study explores the multi⁃dimensional paths in social work stations assistance of modern governance,to improve community governance ability,and achieve the high order reform of modern governance in grassroots communities.
