败酱草提取液对仔兔脂多糖肠炎模型的修复作用 被引量:1

摘要 为研究败酱草提取液对脂多糖所致的仔兔肠炎的修复作用。选取40只仔兔,随机分为5组,空白组、模型组、败酱草提取液低、中、高剂量组。空白组腹腔注射2 mg/kg的生理盐水,其余各组仔兔通过腹腔注射2 mg/kg脂多糖(LPS)建立仔兔肠炎模型,连续3 d,每天注射1次。败酱草提取液低、中、高剂量组依次按1、3、5 mL/kg在饮水中添加败酱草提取液,其余组正常饮水,连续给药15 d,每天1次。通过苏木精-伊红(HE)染色从小肠的绒毛高度、隐窝深度和绒隐比(V/C)来研究败酱草提取液对脂多糖诱导仔兔肠炎的修复作用。结果表明,与空白组相比,模型组小肠的绒毛高度、V/C值均显著低于空白组且隐窝深度均显著高于空白组(P<0.05)。高剂量组小肠的绒毛高度和绒隐比均显著高于中剂量组(P<0.05)。研究表明,按5mL/kg在饮水中添加败酱草提取液可有效修复仔兔脂多糖模型。 In order to study the repairing effect of patrinia extract on lipopolysaccharide-induced enteritis in young rabbits.Forty young rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank group,model group,low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group.The blank group was intraperitoneally injected with 2 mg/kg normal saline,rabbits in the other groups were intraperitoneally injected with 2 mg/kg lipopolysaccharide(LPS)to establish enteritis model,for 3 consecutive days,once a day.Low dose group,medium dose group and high dose group were added to drinking water at the rate of 1,3,5 mL/kg respectively,and the other groups were given normal drinking water for 15 days,once a day.The repair effect of Parvalium extract on lipopolysaccharide-induced enteritis in young rabbits was studied by hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining from villus height,crypt depth and pile crypt ratio(V/C)of small intestine.The results showed as follows:Compared with blank group,villus height and V/C value of small intestine in model group were significantly lower than those in blank group,and crypt depth was significantly higher than that in blank group(P<0.05).The villus height and pile to hide ratio of small intestine in high-dose patrinia treatment group were significantly higher than those in medium-dose patrinia treatment group(P<0.05).The results showed that the lipopolysaccharide model of young rabbits could be effectively repaired by adding the extract of Patrinia in drinking water at the rate of 5 mL/kg.
