摘要
围产期是奶牛最关键的时期,易形成能量负平衡,进而引起生理的巨大内耗,奶牛各项生理和代谢指标都在不断地改变,显著特点是奶牛瘤胃功能、体况、激素水平和免疫系统发生较大的变化,最终导致如酮病、脂肪肝、瘤胃酸中毒、真胃变位等多种与能量负平衡相关疾病及炎症发生。该文通过对围产期奶牛生理机能的变化和能量代谢相关疾病方面进行综述,以期为围产期奶牛的疾病预防提供理论见解。
The perinatal period is the most critical period for dairy cows,It is easy to form a negative energy balance,which in turn causes huge internal consumption of physiology,Cows'physiological and metabolic indicators are constantly changing,It is characterized by great changes in cows rumen and stomach function,physical condition,hormone levels and immune system,which eventually leads to a variety of diseases and inflammation related to negative energy balance,such as ketosis,fatty liver,rumentic acidosis,and true stomach degeneration,This paper summarizes the changes in the physiological function of perinatal cows and energy metabolism-related diseases,in order to provide theoretical insights for the disease prevention of perinatal cows.
