摘要
为弥补传统准Z源逆变器升压能力弱,电容和开关管电压应力较高,直流源输出电流断续,纹波较大,强升压能力与输出优质波形冲突等缺点,提出了一种倍压开关电容型Quasi-Z源逆变器拓扑。该拓扑是在传统准Z源逆变器的基础上通过增加一个开关电容网络、一个升压电感和一个续流二极管并经优化设计而成。通过采用简单升压调制策略控制开关管通断,实现三相桥臂直通使阻抗源进行储能,进而完成单级升压逆变的过程。该结构较传统Z源逆变器拥有成倍的升压能力,且在直通占空比较低的情况下升压能力依然具有较明显的优势,同时具有电容电压应力低,直流源输出电流连续等优点。通过仿真和实验验证了其准确性与优越性。
In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional Quasi-Z-source inverters,such as weak voltage boost capacity,high voltage stress of capacitor and switching transistor,discontinuous output current of DC source,large ripple,conflict between strong voltage boost capacity and high quality output waveform,a kind of Quasi-Z-source inverter topology of voltage doubling switched-capacitor is proposed.The topology is optimized by adding a switched-capacitor network,a boost inductor and a continuing diode on the basis of the traditional Quasi-Z-source inverter.By using a simple boost modulation strategy to control the on-off of the switch tube,the three-phase bridge arm straightthrough is realized as the impedance source to carry on the energy storage,and then the process of single-stage boost inverter is completed.The results show that compared with the traditional Z-source,the inverter has multiplied the voltage boost capacity,and the voltage boost capacity still has obvious advantages under the condition of low shoot-through duty cycle.At the same time,it has the advantages of low capacitor voltage stress,continuous DC source output current and so on.Simulation and experimental results verify the validity and superiority of the topology.
