摘要
在人工智能背景下,高校劳动教育的开展遵循价值从重复性向创造性转化、形式从人体劳动向智慧劳动转化,以及评价从注重结果向注重过程转化等方向。但高校劳动教育也面临劳动理念淡化导致学生劳动热情减弱、人工智能挤占传统劳动教育的时间、技术至上理念异化劳动教育的本质,以及劳动教育的场域逐渐狭窄化等问题。为了顺应人工智能时代发展对人才的需要,高校劳动教育需要从引导学生树立科学的劳动价值观、整合劳动教育内容、开展劳动实践活动,以及以人工智能技术实践指导劳动教育等层面着手,以培养出综合型、高素质的新型劳动者。
In the context of AI,the development of labor education in universities follows the direction of value transformation from repeatability to creativity,form transformation from human labor to intelligent labor,and evaluation transformation from focusing on results to focusing on processes.However,labor education in universities also faces issues such as the weakening of labor concepts,the weakening of students’enthusiasm for labor,the encroachment of AI on traditional labor education time,the alienation of the essence of technology oriented labor education,and the gradual narrowing of the field of labor education.In order to meet the demand for talent in the era of AI,labor education in universities needs to start from guiding students to establish scientific labor values,integrating labor education content,carrying out labor practice activities,and guiding labor education through AI technology practice,in order to cultivate comprehensive and high-quality new types of workers.
