摘要
目的了解医务人员医患关系与自我效能感现状、相关性及影响因素,为构建和谐医患关系提供参考。方法2021年3月采用方便抽样的方法对某医院医务人员开展问卷调查,问卷内容包括基本情况、医患关系、自我效能感三部分,研究医患关系与自我效能感两者相关性及影响因素。结果医务人员医患关系总分(27.05±5.56)分;自我效能总分(27.69±4.93)分,低于全国常模但差异无统计学意义(t=-1.958,P>0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,医务人员自我效能感越高,其医患关系表现越好(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示,医生群体在医患关系和自我效能上表现较好(F=-2.045,3.085;P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、职称和自我效能对医患关系有影响,可以解释医患关系22.9%的变异。结论医务人员感知医患关系和自我效能总体上处于中等水平。改善医患关系不仅应构建和谐的外部环境,还应改善和提升医务人员自我信念和心理建设。
Objective To understand the current situation,correlation and influencing factors of medical personnel’s doctor⁃patient relationship and self⁃efficacy,and to provide reference for building a harmonious doctor⁃patient relationship.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among medical personal in a hospital by convenient sampling method in March 2021.The contents included basic information,doctor⁃patient relationship and self⁃efficacy,the correlation of doctor⁃patient relationship and self⁃efficacy and its influencing factors was an⁃alyzed.Results The total score of perceived doctor⁃patient relationship was(27.05±5.56);The total score of self⁃efficacy was(27.69±4.93),which lower than the national norm and the difference was not statistically significant(t=-1.958,P>0.05).Pearson correlation a⁃nalysis showed that the higher the self⁃efficacy of medical staff,the better the doctor⁃patient re⁃lationship(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that doctors performed well in doctor⁃patient relationship and self⁃efficacy(F=-2.045,3.085;P<0.05).Multiple linear regression a⁃nalysis showed that gender,professional title,and self⁃efficacy had influence on doctor⁃patient reiationship,and 22.9%of the variation of doctor⁃patient relationship could be explained by it.Conclusion Doctor⁃patient relationship and self⁃efficacy of medical personnel are generally in a middle level.It is suggested that the improvement of doctor⁃patient relationship should not only focus on building a harmonious external environment,but also improving and promoting the construction of medical personnel’s self⁃confidence and psychological level.
