摘要
文章在分析化工机械基础和化工机械设计课程教学现状的基础上,提出将两门课程整合为化工机械基础与实践课程,并介绍了基于科教融合理念的项目导向教学模式的实践。将源于科研成果的典型化工设备实例进行分解,并与理论教学内容相对应,同时在教学中引入先进的有限元分析设计方法,能够激发学生的学习积极性,加深学生对理论知识的理解,培养学生解决实际工程问题的能力,实现将理论教学与设计实践相结合的教学目标。
In this paper,the current teaching state regarding fundamentals and design of chemical equipment and machinery is discussed.Based on the concept of integration of research and education,we adopts the project-oriented teaching mode in the new curriculum,decomposes the typical chemical equipment examples from scientific research achievements,corresponds to the theoretical teaching content,and introduces the advanced finite element analysis and design method.The teaching in fundamentals and practice of chemical equipment and machinery can significantly improve students'learning enthusiasm,deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge,and cultivate their ability to solve practical engineering problems.By this way,the goal of combining theory teaching and design practice has been achieved.
