基于大质量法的虚拟振动试验夹具谐响应分析

摘要 针对机载悬挂发射装置的振动夹具虚拟正弦扫频试验的问题,应用大质量法,通过ANSYS仿真平台,并结合试验研究其结构动力学特性。首先推导振动台的数学模型,并构建虚拟试验平台;然后通过虚拟正弦扫频试验得到振动夹具的响应特性;最后通过实物试验对其置信度进行评估。结果表明,基于大质量法所构建的虚拟振动试验模型是正确和有效的,使用模态叠加法所进行的结构谐响应分析结果具有较高的置信度;同时,在振动夹具的典型点上,分析所得振动夹具的前两阶固有频率相对于实测值误差约为7.24%,且振动夹具的频响函数的变化趋势与试验结果基本上一致。该结果可满足工程实践中精度要求,可为机载悬挂发射装置振动夹具设计和虚拟试验研究提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of virtual swept sine test of vibration fixture for airborne suspension launcher,based on the large mass method and combined with the test,the structural dynamic characteristics were studied through the ANSYS simulation platform and the vibration theory.Firstly,the mathematical model of shaking table was deduced,and the virtual test platform was constructed.Then the response characteristics of the vibration fixture was obtained through the virtual sine sweep test.Finally,the confidence was evaluated by physical test.The results show that the virtual vibration test model based on the large mass method is correct and effective,and the results of structural harmonic response analysis using the modal superposition method have high confidence;on the typical points of the vibration fixture,the error of the first two natural frequencies of the vibration fixture obtained by simulation relative to the measured value is about 7.24%,and the variation trend of the frequency response function of the vibration fixture is basically consistent with the test results.The results can meet the accuracy requirements in engineering practice,and can provide reference for the design of vibration fixture and virtual test research of airborne suspension launcher.
