摘要
针对现有移动接触网缺陷,提出一种适用于电气化铁路大型货场的新型移动接触网设计。通过分析对比和理论计算,开展折臂式腕臂、滚珠丝杠传动等机械系统以及电机驱动、行程限位、互锁控制等电气系统的设计,并阐述新型移动接触网的典型布置方案及运行流程。折臂式腕臂可有效克服直摆式腕臂装置阻力大的缺点,且具有增大装卸作业空间的作用;滚珠丝杠传动系统具有运行平稳、传动效率高、传动精度高、磨损小、寿命长等优点;带有互锁功能的控制系统可以最大程度保障移动接触网安全有效运行。该设计针对性地弥补了现有移动接触网的缺陷,具有广泛应用前景。
In view of the defects of existing mobile OCS,this paper proposes a new design of mobile OCS suitable for large-scale freight yards of electrified railways.Through analysis,comparison and theoretical calculation,the design of mechanical systems such as folding cantilever and ball screw transmission and electric systems such as motor drive,stroke limit and interlock control is carried out,and the typical layout scheme and operation process of new mobile OCS are expounded.The folding cantilever can effectively overcome the shortcoming of large resistance of the straight-swing cantilever device and increase the loading and unloading operation space.The ball screw transmission system has the advantages of stable operation,high transmission efficiency,high transmission accuracy,small wear and long service life.The control system with interlocking function can ensure the safe and effective operation of the mobile OCS to the greatest extent.This design makes up for the defects of existing mobile OCS and has a wide application prospect.
