摘要
目的 了解中国全科医学专业研究生教育开展现状。方法 采用问卷调查法对中国全科医学专业研究生教育开展情况进行调查。问卷内容包括全科医学教学机构、师资和课程建设。结果 2019年,全国共有全科医学硕士研究生学位授予点80个,博士研究生学位授予点8个。全国共有全科医学师资9709人,其中全科医学硕士研究生导师407人和全科医学博士研究生导师32人。2017年、2018年和2019年的全科医学研究生招生总规模分别为286人、353人和402人。在175所参加调研的高校中,32所高校开设了全科医学研究生课程,占全部80所开展全科医学研究生教育高校的40.0%。东部地区开展全科研究生教育的高校最多,中部其次,西部最少,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 目前,中国全科医学研究生教育存在很多问题,例如全科医学研究生培养的开展尚不普及、发展不均衡、教学方法和评价方式简单,今后还要不断加以完善。
Objective To understand the present situation of graduate education of General Practice in China.Methods The graduate teaching development of General Practice in China was investigated by questionnaire,which includes teaching institutions of General Practice,teachers and curriculum construction.Results By 2019,China had 80 specialties entitled to confer the Master s Degree and 8 specialties to entitle Doctor s Degree on General Practice.There were 9709 teachers of General Practice,including 407 postgraduate supervisors and 32 doctoral supervisors.In 2017,2018 and 2019,the enrollment of postgraduate students in General Practice was 286,353 and 402 respectively.Among 175 universities participated in the survey,32 of them offered postgraduate courses in General Practice,accounting for 40.0%of the 80 universities which offered postgraduate education in General Practice.The number of colleges and universities offering general postgraduate education in the eastern region was the largest,followed by the central region and the western region,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion At present,there are still many problems in graduate education of General Practice in China,including the fact that the implementation of cultivation of graduates of General Practice is still not popularized,imbalanced development,esay teaching methods and assessment,which should be further improved.
