摘要
日本为了应对老龄化给社会发展带来的影响,积极发展银发经济,其中老年旅游产业市场需求旺盛,产业规模不断扩大。日本老年旅游产业以完备的政策支持与产业引导和完善的法律法规为发展支撑,以高度普及无障碍设施的硬环境和倡导老年旅游的软环境为发展前提,以需求导向的产品体系和专业化的人才培养体系为发展核心,形成了多元化的产品体系与特色品牌。日本老年旅游产业发展过程中积累的相关经验,可为同样面临老龄化问题的中国发展老年旅游产业提供多方面的借鉴。
Japan is actively developing the silver economy,especially the elderly tourism sector,in order to cope with the impact of aging on social development.The demand in the elderly tourism market is strong and the scale of the industry has been expanding.Factors contributing to the success of elderly tourism sector in Japan include complete policy support and industrial guidance,comprehensive laws and regulations,t he spread of barrier-free facilities,environment that encourages elderly tourism,demand-oriented product system,and professional personnel training system.The elderly tourism sector of Japan has now developed a diversified product system and distinctive brands.The experience of elderly tourism sector of Japan has good implications for China,which is also facing the problem of aging.
