区域推进学校劳动课程建设的路径

摘要 区域推进在促进地方学校课程建设中有着重要的作用。其价值意义体现在:科学规划,引领专业发展;整体推进,促进均衡发展;分类指导,实现特色发展。针对目前学校劳动课程存在的课程目标狭窄、课程内容单一、课程结构离散、课程实施失范、课程评价片面等问题,可以通过凝聚课程建设主体、澄清与转变课程价值,建立资源共享平台、改革与丰富课程内容,协同联动多元主体、建设整体化课程结构,构建教师学习共同体、促使教研—培训一体化,完善评价机制建设,实现以评促教功能的区域推进方式进行整体改革。 Regional promotion plays an important role in promoting the curriculum construction of local schools.Its value is reflected in:scientific planning,leading professional development;Overall development,promoting balanced development;Classification guidance,realizing characteristic development.In view of the problems existing in the current school labor curriculum,such as narrow curriculum objectives,single curriculum content,discrete curriculum structure,anomie curriculum implementation,one-sided curriculum evaluation,etc.,we can clarify and change the curriculum value by condensing the main body of curriculum construction;Establish a resource sharing platform to reform and enrich the curriculum content;Cooperate with multiple subjects to build an integrated curriculum structure;Build a teacher learning community and promote the integration of teaching,research and training;Improve the construction of evaluation mechanism and realize the overall reform of the regional promotion mode with the function of evaluation promoting education.
