摘要
目的:探究体外受精(IVF)后卵母细胞极体形态与受精及胚胎发育的关系。方法:将2017年7月—2022年7月宜春市妇幼保健院辅助生殖科卵母细胞受精后4~5 h去颗粒细胞后的极体情况分为A组(二极体组)、B组(碎极体组)、C组(一极体组)与D组(多极体组)。比较四组的受精情况及胚胎发育情况。结果:A组的总受精率及正常受精率均显著高于B组、C组及D组,B组及D组则均显著高于C组;A组的D3优质胚胎率显著高于B组及C组,B组则显著高于C组;A组的未受精率显著低于B组、C组及D组,B组及D组则均显著低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),四组的可用囊胚率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IVF后卵母细胞极体形态与受精及胚胎发育有密切的关系,二极体优势更为突出,但IVF后卵母细胞极体形态对可用囊胚率的影响不显著,因此可行囊胚培养的方式选择胚胎。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between polar body morphology of oocyte and fertilization,embryonic development after in vitro fertilization(IVF).Method:From July 2017 to July 2022 in the Assisted Reproduction Department of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yichun City,the oocytes at 4-5 h after IVF were divided into group A(second polar body group),group B(broken polar body group),group C(first polar body group)and group D(multipolar body group)according to the polar bodies after degranulation after fertilization.Then the fertilization situation and embryonic development situation of four groups were compared.Result:The total fertilization rate and normal fertilization rate of group A were significantly higher than those of group B,group C and group D,the rates of group B and group D were significantly higher than those of group C;the D3 high-quality embryo rate of group A was significantly higher than those of group B and group C,the D3 high-quality embryo rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group C;the unfertilized rate of group A was significantly lower than those of group B,group C and group D,the rates of group B and group D were significantly lower than that of group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the available blastocyst rates of four groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The polar morphology of oocytes after IVF is closely related to fertilization and embryo development,the advantages of second polar body is more prominent,and it is feasible to select embryos by blastocyst culture.
