区域医学影像生产系统高可用架构探索与实践

摘要 目的针对区域医疗业务系统集约化部署、一体化管理的建设模式,探索业务系统高并发、高可用架构。方法以深圳市龙华区区域医学影像生产系统架构搭建为例,采用多种集群部署方案,实现接入层、应用层、数据层的高可用,并采用集群共享卷、影像分级存储技术,实现区域医学影像生产系统的高可用性建设。结果将高并发、高可用集群技术、影像分级存储处理技术用于区域医学影像生产系统建设中,支撑了全区高并发访问、高可用的业务需求。结论通过混合负载均衡及影像分级存储技术,有效解决了区域集约化建设医疗核心业务系统的技术问题,为区域医疗信息化建设提供切实可行的实践经验。 Objective To explore the high concurreny and high availability architecture of the regional medical information system based on the mode of intensive construction and integrated management.Methods Taking the architecture construction of the regional Picture Archiving and Communication Systems in Longhua District,Shenzhen as an example,multiple cluster deployment schemes were adopted to achieve high availability of the access layer,application layer,and data layer,Cluster shared volumes and image hierarchical storage technology were also used to achieve high availability construction of regional Picture Archiving and Communication Systems.Results The high concurrency,high availability cluster technology and image hierarchical storage technology were used in the construction of regional Picture Archiving and Communication Systems in Longhua district,which supported the requirements of high concurrency access and high availability in the whole district.Conclusion By using hybrid load balancing and image hierarchical storage technology,the technical problem of regional intensive mode of the core medical information system is effectively solved,providing practical experience for the construction of rational medical informationization.
