摘要
目的探讨单生子与多生子早产儿视网膜病变自然消退儿童的视功能的临床特点。方法选取我院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的35例早产儿视网膜病变自然消退儿童进行研究,以单生子和多生子作为分组的依据,分析其视功能的临床特点。结果和单生子组相比,多生子组球镜度数、柱镜度数、平均等效球镜度数明显呈更高水平,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05);和单生子组相比,多生子组AL、CR、CCT、ACD、LT明显呈更高水平,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论多生子组早产儿在视功能方面存在着一定的临床特点,包括球镜度数、柱镜度数和平均等效球镜度数较高,以及AL、CR、CCT、ACD、LT等指标均明显增加。这些指标的变化可能与早产儿出生时眼球的生长和发育不成熟有关。所以,在临床实践中,需要针对早产儿的视功能进行细致的观察和干预,以提高其视力的发育水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of visual function in single and multiple Retinopathy of prematurity children with spontaneous regression.Methods The 35 cases of Retinopathy of prematurity with spontaneous regression admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were studied.The clinical characteristics of visual function were analyzed based on the grouping of singleton and multiple children.Results Compared with the single offspring group,the multi offspring group showed significantly higher levels of spherical mirror power,columnar mirror power,and average equivalent spherical mirror power,with significant differences between the data(P<0.05);Compared with the single offspring group,the multi offspring group showed significantly higher levels of AL,CR,CCT,ACD,and LT,with significant differences between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Premature infants in the multi birth group have certain clinical characteristics in terms of visual function,including higher ball mirror power,column mirror power,and average equivalent ball mirror power,as well as significant increases in AL,CR,CCT,ACD,LT and other indicators.The changes in these indicators may be related to the growth and immature development of the eyeballs of premature infants at birth.Therefore,in clinical practice,it is necessary to conduct detailed observation and intervention on the visual function of premature infants to improve their visual development level.
