促能力 重结果——高等医学教育课程再设计

摘要 该文着眼卓越教学的理想追求,借鉴OBE及其强调学生能力发展的课程设计,设计实施以学生中心、能力发展、结果导向为目标的课程改革:借鉴OBE教育理念,确立课程学习结果/教学目标;聚焦学生能力发展,重塑课程教学内容体系;坚持立德树人,形成课程思政的方法路径;拓展学习机会,构筑“课上引导+课下延伸”的课程资源与学习环境;强化学生参与和学习效果,建立适宜有效的教学策略与多元梯次的学习评价方式。实现医学院校课程改革注重学生能力和学习成效的重大转变,为医学院校深化课程改革提供有价值的案例参考。 Focusing on the ideal pursuit of excellence in teaching,and drawing lessons from Outcomes-based Education(OBE)and its curriculum design that emphasizes students'ability development,the article implemented a student-centered,ability development,and outcome-oriented curriculum reform:drawing on the OBE education concept,establishing the course learning results/course teaching objectives,focusing on the development of students'abilities,reshaping the system of course teaching content,adhering to strengthening moral and cultivating people,forming the method path of curriculum ideology and politics.It expands learning opportunities,builds a curriculum resource and learning environment of"in-class guidance+out-of-class extension",strengthen student'participation and learning effect,and establish appropriate and effective teaching strategies and multi-echelon learning evaluation methods.It has realized a major change in the curriculum reform of medical schools focusing on students'ability and learning effect,and provided a valuable case reference for the deepening of curriculum reform in medical schools.
