摘要
针对江西某家具集聚区污水,通过气浮-水解酸化-A/O-MBR工艺进行处理,阐述了该工艺的选择依据、工艺技术流程和参数,以及其运行效果。经过近1年稳定运行的结果显示,该工艺对污水能达到较好的处理效果,实现对COD、BOD5、氨氮、固体悬浮物的去除率分别达到90.0%、97.2%、89.1%、97.5%,出水COD为45 mg/L,BOD5为9.6mg/L,出水氨氮、固体悬浮物的质量浓度分别为4.9、10 mg/L,优于GB 18918-2002表1中的一级A排放标准。电费和药剂费分别约为1.25元/吨和0.57元/吨,合计废水处理成本为1.82元/吨。
In this project,the sewage from a furniture gathering area in Jiangxi Province is treated by air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-MBR process.The selection basis,technological process,parameters and operation effect of the process are described.The results of nearly one year's stable operation show that the process can achieve good treatment effect on sewage,and the removal rates of COD,BOD5,NH3-N and SS can reach 90.0%,97.2%,89.1%and 97.5%respectively.The concentrations of COD,BOD5,NH3-N and SS in the effluent are 45,9.6,4.9 and 10 mg/L respectively,which is better than the class I A discharge standard in Table 1 of GB18918-2002.The electricity fee and pharmaceutical fee are about 1.25 yuan/t and 0.57 yuan/t respectively,and the total wastewater treatment cost is 1.82 yuan/t.
