摘要
煤矿采掘装备的无人化是发展的必然趋势,实现工作面无人开采、设备远程遥控,执行器件需要电控化,液压系统的电控化主要通过电液比例多路阀组实现,而通常采用压力补偿阀后置的方式安装在每一联多路阀处,使得液压系统具有抗流量饱和功能。在分析后置压力补偿阀的特性基础之上,提出一种去除调压弹簧的前置式压力补偿技术,在保证对主阀口压力补偿基本功能的同时,具备流量抗饱和特性。
The unmanned development of coal mining equipment is an inevitable trend.To achieve unmanned mining in the working face and remote control of equipment,the executing devices need to be electrically controlled.The electronic control of the hydraulic system is mainly achieved through the electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve group,and usually the pressure compensation valve is installed at each multi-way valve,making the hydraulic system have anti flow saturation function.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the post pressure compensation valve,a pre installed pressure compensation technology that removes the pressure regulating spring was proposed,which not only ensures the basic function of pressure compensation for the main valve port,but also has flow anti-saturation characteristics.
