摘要
掘进机在掘进过程中截割头载荷均为非线性载荷,且变化较大,对掘进作业的安全性、稳定性、效率有较大影响。为了进一步提升掘进机的工作稳定性,结合数值分析与现场使用情况综合考虑,通过对截割头进行离散元-有限元耦合数值模拟,并基于EBZ200掘进机在鹤壁三矿实际工作数据综合分析,得到截割头在实际载荷作用下应力云图,相比此前对该类机械结构简单有限元线性载荷数据分析更加方便、准确,为下一步进行截割头寿命监测、预测、结构改进提供更可靠的理论依据。
The cutting head load of the roadheader is nonlinear load in the process of tunneling,and the load changes greatly,which has a great impact on the safety,stability and efficiency of the tunneling operation.In order to further improve the working stability of the roadheader,combined with the numerical analysis and the comprehensive consideration of the field use,the stress nephogram of the cutting head under the actual load was obtained by the discrete element-finite element coupling numerical simulation of the cutting head,and based on the comprehensive analysis of the actual working data of the EBZ200 roadheader in Hebi No.3 mine,which is more convenient and accurate than the previous analysis of the simple finite element linear load data of such mechanical structure,It provides a more reliable theoretical basis for the next step of cutting head life monitoring,prediction and structure improvement.
