摘要
目的 探索四位一体教学方法在临床住院医师病历书写教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2019~2022年105名住院医师为研究对象,按每两年为一时间段分为两组,2019~2020年48名医师为对照组,采用传统教学模式;2021~2022年57名医师为试验组,采用“基本理论+系列专场+一对一缺陷反馈+追踪反馈”四位一体教学模式,比较两组医师完成全套培训后病历书写质量的差异。结果 试验组病历书写质量总体评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 四位一体教学法可明显提高临床住院医师病历书写质量,其教学效果优于传统教学模式。
Objective To explore the efficiency of four-in-one teaching method in writing medical records of clinical residents.Methods A total of 105 resident physicians within four years from 2019 to 2022 were divided into two groups according to the period of every two years.Forty-eight physicians from 2019 to 2020 were the control group using the traditional teaching mode;and 57 physicians from 2021 to 2022 were the experimental group,using the four-in-one teaching mode of“basic theory+series of special sessions+one-to-one defect feedback+tracking feedback”.The differences in the writing quality of medical records between the two groups of physicians after completing full training were compared.Results The overall score of medical record writing quality in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-in-one teaching method can improve the quality of medical record writing in clinical residents,and the teaching efficiency is better than the traditional teaching mode.
