摘要
针对传统立式推力滑动轴承存在运行检修繁琐、轴电流较大、刚性支撑受力不均、油冷却器散热效率不高等问题,设计了一种新型立式推力滑动轴承的结构,包括采取扇形推力轴瓦,采用弹性支撑,优化油冷却器结构,增加导瓦间隙调节装置,改良高位绝缘装置。利用DyRobes软件进行计算,发现新型立式推力轴承的润滑性能能够满足要求,为立式电机轴承的结构设计提供了一定参考价值。
Aiming at the problems of cumbersome operation and maintenance,large axial current,uneven force on rigid support,and low heat dissipation efficiency of oil cooler in the traditional vertical thrust plain bearing,a new type of vertical thrust plain bearing structure is designed:it includes the adoption of sector shaped thrust tiles,the adoption of elastic support,the optimisation of the structure of the oil cooler,the increase of the guide tile gap adjusting device,and the improvement of the high level insulating device.Calculated by using DyRobes software,it is found that the lubrication performance of the new vertical thrust bearing can meet the requirements,which provides certain reference value for the structural design of vertical motor bearings.
