摘要
带式输送机进行煤炭输送中由于输送带的弹性作用产生一定的张力及变形,需张紧系统对输送带进行张紧调节。设计张紧小车形式的自动张紧系统,并采用MATLAB对其性能进行仿真分析。结果表明,相对重锤式张紧系统,自动张紧系统可以在较短时间内控制输送带的张力达到稳定状态,且减小了输送带张力幅值,具有较好的调节效果。
Belt conveyor for coal conveying due to the elasticity of the conveyor belt produces a certain tension and deformation,need to tensioning system to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt.The automatic tensioning system in the form of tensioning trolley is designed and its performance is simulated and analysed by MATLAB.The results show that compared with the hammer type tensioning system,the automatic tensioning system can control the belt tension to reach a stable state in a shorter time,and reduce the belt tension amplitude,which has a better adjustment effect.
