VERICUT及宏程序应用于数控教学的探索与研究

摘要 针对大多数学校因五轴数控机床较为精密、昂贵、操作难度大等原因,导致实际的五轴数控机床数量较少等,并在教学条件有限的情况下,运用传统的教学方式进行五轴数控加工技术课程教学时,容易遇到知识难点讲不透、学生操作机床时容易碰撞及损坏机床等情况,严重影响教学的开展及教学质量的问题,探索研究基于VERICUT软件的强大仿真功能,结合宏程序开展五轴数控加工技术教学,在VERICUT软件虚拟环境中完整呈现与实际机床一致的加工过程,能有效地帮助学生对五轴数控加工工艺的理解和实际应用,掌握工件的定位、装夹等要点。使用宏程序编程可以便捷、灵活地修改NC程序,同时结合VERICUT的碰撞检测功能进行NC程序验证,能有效地排除程序错误,避免发生机床碰撞及撞机事故,能更好地保护学生和设备的安全。 At present,most schools are affected by the fact that the five-axis CNC machine tools are relatively precise,expensive and difficult to operate,resulting in the fact that many schools have fewer five-axis CNC machine tools.Under the condition of limited teaching conditions,when using traditional teaching methods to teach the course of five-axis NC machining technology,it is easy to encounter difficult knowledge points that can not be explained thoroughly,and students are easy to collide and damage the machine tool when operating the machine tool,which seriously affects the development of teaching and teaching quality.Explore and study the powerful simulation function based on VERICUT software,carry out teaching of five-axis NC machining technology in combination with macro programs,and completely present the machining process consistent with the actual machine tool in the virtual environment of VERICUT software,which can effectively help students understand and apply the five-axis NC machining technology,and grasp the key points of workpiece positioning,clamping,etc.Using macro program programming can easily and flexibly modify the NC program.At the same time,combining with VERICUT's collision detection function,NC program verification can effectively eliminate program errors,avoid machine tool collision and collision accidents,and better protect the safety of students and equipment.
