摘要
3502底板巷围岩为承载能力及稳定性较差的软岩,且巷道掘进期间揭露有多条断层,巷道围岩控制难度较高,导致围岩变形量大、使用时需频繁修整。在对引起3502底板巷围岩变形原因分析基础上,提出使用高预紧力锚杆索并结合高刚度护表结构控制围岩变形,并设计支护方案。应用后,3502底板巷巷帮、顶底板变形量分别在205 mm、103 mm以内,且使用时基本不需要修复。
The surrounding rock of 3502 bottom roadway is soft rock with poor bearing capacity and stability,and there are many faults exposed during the roadway excavation,so it is difficult to control the surrounding rock of the roadway,which leads to large deformation of the surrounding rock and requires frequent repair when it is in use.Based on the analysis of the causes of perimeter rock deformation in the 3502 bottom roadway,it is proposed to use high preload anchor ropes and combine them with high stiffness surface protection structure to control the perimeter rock deformation,and design the support scheme.After the application,the deformation of the top and bottom plates of the 3502 bottom plate road and the road gang is within 205 mm and 103 mm respectively,and basically no repair is needed when it is in use.
