摘要
上睑下垂是一种常见的眼睑位置异常的疾病,除对患者视功能及外观上有着不同程度的影响外,对患者的心理状况的影响也不容忽视,以重度上睑下垂为甚。目前其主要治疗方式仍然是通过手术矫正。随着近年来对先天性上睑下垂的临床及基础研究的不断深入,临床医生对其矫正的手术方式亦在不断地改良优化,以期患者术后能获得良好的眼睑形态及减少并发症的发生。本文将围绕近几年先天性上睑下垂的基础研究及手术方式进展进行综述。
Ptosis is a common disease with abnormal eyelid position,which not only affects the visual function and appearance of patients in varying degrees,but also affects the psychological status of patients,especially severe ptosis.At present,the main treatment is still surgical correction.With the continuous deepening of clinical and basic research on congenital ptosis in recent years,clinicians are constantly improving and optimizing the surgical methods for the correction of congenital ptosis,so that patients can obtain better eyelid shape and reduce the occurrence of complications after operation.This article reviews the basic research and surgical methods for treating congenital ptosis in recent years.
