摘要
目的:研究肛肠坐浴方对肛肠疾病湿热下注证患者的影响。方法:选取2020年12月—2022年5月成都市双流区中医医院收治的Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔住院患者120例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各60例。研究组患者在第1次排便后坐浴即用止痛洗剂,坐浴后予以九华膏及普济痔疮栓换药;参照组患者第1次排便后用1:10的聚维酮碘液坐浴,坐浴后给予九华膏和普济痔疮栓。比较两组相关指标。结果:研究组临床治愈率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);研究组患者用药3、7 d创面疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀、术后便时出血、肉芽生长、创面渗液评分低于参照组,创面愈合时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:对肛肠疾病湿热下注证患者使用肛肠坐浴方有助于其术后创面愈合,改善创面疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门坠胀、术后便血症状。
Objective:To study the effect of anorectal sitbath prescription on patients with damp-heat syndrome of anorectal diseases.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳmixed hemorrhoids admitted to the Department of Proctology of Shuangliu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.In the study group,analgesic lotion was used in the sitbath after the first defecation,and Jiuhua ointment and Puji hemorrhoid suppository were changed after sitbath.After the first defecation,patients in the reference group were given 1:10 Povidone iodine solution sitbath,and then Jiuhua ointment and Puji hemorrhoid suppository were given.The two groups of relevant indicators were compared.Results:The clinical cure rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048);The wound pain,anal edema,anal distention,postoperative defecation bleeding,granulation growth and wound seepage scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group 3 and 7 days after treatment,and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The use of anorectal sitbath prescription for patients with damp-heat syndrome of anorectal diseases is helpful for wound healing,improving wound pain,anal edema,anal distention and postoperative hematochezia.
