摘要
针对大体积混凝土养护期内的温度控制要求,介绍了热平衡建立差分方程求解温度场的方法,根据工程实际讨论了温度场数值模拟计算的不同边界条件,根据算例结果分析了混凝土厚度、保温层厚度、蓄水温度对内部最大温升、里表最大温差、内部最大降温速率的影响。根据影响因素,对大体积混凝土温度控制提出了措施建议。
According to the requirement of temperature control of mass concrete in curing period,the method of establishing difference equation to solve temperature field by heat balance is introduced,and different boundary conditions of numerical simulation calculation of temperature field are discussed according to engineering practice.The influences of concrete thickness,insulation layer thickness and water storage temperature on the maximum internal temperature rise,the maximum temperature difference between inside and outside,and the maximum internal cooling rate are analyzed according to the calculation results.According to the influencing factors,the measures and suggestions for the temperature control of mass concrete are put forward.
