微山湖地区2022年三带喙库蚊生境与抗药性调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对微山湖地区三带喙库蚊的孳生地种类以及抗药性进行调查和测定,为合理选择、使用杀虫剂和防控乙脑提供科学依据。方法2022年7月至9月在微山湖地区监测点,采用勺捕法采集三带喙库蚊幼虫。按照WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法,检测三带喙库蚊幼虫对4种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,成蚊则采用接触筒法测定抗性水平。结果三带喙库蚊幼虫主要孳生于稻田和灌溉渠,对敌敌畏、残杀威、溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为6.53、3.27、98.75和295.50。对溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯的抗药性最高,表现为高度抗性;对敌敌畏和残杀威表现为中度抗性。将三带喙库蚊成蚊暴露于0.05%溴氰菊酯、0.15%氯氰菊酯、0.5%马拉硫磷和0.1%残杀威各1 h、24 h,死亡率分别为21.05%、19.35%、45.45%、94.11%。结论微山湖地区三带喙库蚊对4种常用杀虫剂均产生了抗药性,其中以菊酯类杀虫剂抗性水平最高,当地媒介防控部门应合理选择使用杀虫剂,以更好地控制蚊媒密度及其传染病流行。 Objective:To investigate and determine the breeding ground species and drug resistance of Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Weishan Lake area,so as to provide scientific basis for rational selection and use of pesticides and prevention and control of Japanese encephalitis.Methods:From July to September 2022,the larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus were collected by scooping method at the monitoring point in Weishan Lake area.The resistance of the larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus to four commonly used insecticides was tested according to the larval impregnation method recommended by the World Health Organization,and the resistance level of adult mosquitoes was determined by the contact tube method.Results:The larvae of Culex tritaeniorhynchus mainly breed in rice fields and irrigation canals.The resistance multiples to dichlorvos,propoxur,deltamethrin,and cypermethrin were 6.53,3.27,98.75 and 295.50 respectively.The resistance to deltamethrin and cypermethrin was the highest,showing a high resistance,while the resistance to dichlorvos and propoxur turned into a medium resistance.When the adult mosquitoes of Culex tritaeniorhynchus were exposed to 0.05% deltamethrin,0.15% cypermethrin,0.5% malathion and 0.1% propoxur for 1h respectively,the 24 h mortality rates were 21.05%,19.35%,45.45% and 94.11%respectively.Conclusion:The Culex tritaeniorhynchus in Weishan Lake area has developed resistance to four commonly used insecticides,among which pyrethroid insecticides have the highest resistance level.The local vector control department should reasonably select and use insecticides to better control the mosquito vector density and the epidemic of infectious diseases.
