摘要
Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是一条高度保守的通路,可以起到调节细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡,干细胞的自我更新,组织稳态和创伤愈合的作用。几乎所有肿瘤的发生发展均与Wnt通路的失调有关。Wnt/β-catenin信号转导的异常激活,可以通过对免疫细胞的直接或间接作用,促进免疫排斥,进而阻碍T细胞介导的抗肿瘤免疫反应。本文对Wnt/β-catenin信号影响肿瘤进展和免疫监视的过程,以及靶向该信号通路治疗癌症的策略作一综述。
The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is a highly conserved pathway that regulates cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,stem cell self-renewal,tissue homeostasis,and wound healing.Dysregulation of the Wnt pathway is involved in almost all stages of tumorigenesis in various cancers.Abnormal activation of Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction contributes to immune rejection and inhibits T cell-mediated antitumor immune responses through direct or indirect effects on immune cells.In this review,we summarize the processes by which Wnt/β-catenin signaling influences tumor progression and immune surveillance,as well as strategies for targeting this signaling pathway at different levels for cancer therapy.
