摘要
目的探索高质量创新和高效能成果转化与布局的医院医学创新体系构建的路径。方法本研究为横断面研究。搜集2013年1月—2022年12月中南大学湘雅医院科技创新转化成果资料为研究对象。资料按照时间段分组,2013年1月—2017年12月的资料为对照组、2018年1月—2022年12月为观察组。观察组从科技成果转化体系建设(强化顶层设计、规范制度建设、完善管理机制)、成果转化(激发创新活力、提升创新能力、创新转化模式、扩大转化路径)方面均采取了一系列提升措施。比较两组获授权专利、发明专利数量以及5年内的科技成果与专利转化、转化合同金额情况,并选取科技成果转化典型案例进行分析。结果对照组共授权专利256项,其中发明专利47项;观察组共获授权专利1468项,其中发明专利441项。相比对照组,观察组授权专利数量增长了4.73倍,发明专利数量增长了8.38倍。对照组的科技成果以及专利转化1项,转化合同金额2.2亿元,观察组的科技成果以及专利转化93项,转化合同金额达6.8亿。结论通过加强知识产权布局、高质量成果转化实施以及提高产业链衔接效率,有利于建设与完善医院的成果转化体系,促进国家医学中心创建和医院高质量发展。
Objective To explore the path of building a hospital medical innovation system for high-quality innovation and efficient outcome translation and layout.Methods This study is a cross-sectional study.Data on the transformation of scientific and technological innovation outcomes from January 2013 to December 2022 at Xiangya Hospital Central South University,were collected as the research subjects.The data was grouped according to time periods,with data from January 2013 to December 2017 as the control group and data from January 2018 to December 2022 as the observation group.The observation group implemented a series of improvement measures in terms of the construction of the scientific and technological innovation transformation system(strengthening top-level design,standardizing institutional construction,and improving management mechanisms)and outcome transformation(stimulating innovation vitality,enhancing innovation capacity,innovating transformation models,and expanding transformation D0I:10.19450/j.cnki.jcrh.2023.04.003 pathways).The number of authorized patents,invention patents,and the transformation of scientific and technological outcomes and patents within 5 years,as well as the amount of transformation contracts,were compared between the two groups.Typical cases of scientific and technological outcome transformation were also selected for analysis.Results The control group had a total of 256 authorized patents,including 47 invention patents,while the observation group had a total of 1,468 authorized patents,including 441 invention patents.Compared to the control group,the observation group experienced a 4.73-fold increase in the number of authorized patents and an 8.38-fold increase in the number of invention patents.The control group had one scientific and technological outcome and patent transformation with a transformation contract amount of 220 million yuan,while the observation group had 93 scientific and technological outcome and patent transformations with a total transformation contract amount of 680 million yuan.Conclusion By strengthening intellectual property layout,implementing high-quality outcome transformation,and improving the efficiency of industrial chain connections,it is beneficial to build and improve the hospital's outcome transformation system,promote the establishment of a national medical center,and facilitate the high-quality development of hospitals.
