摘要
我国制造业蓬勃发展,现阶段企业中低技能型工作岗位减少,高技能工作岗位增多,制造产业更新发展带来了新知识、新技术、新工艺、新方法。为提高学生工作后的岗位能力,深化产教融合,对中等职业学校数控铣床加工技术课程教学出现的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了有效的解决方法。教学项目采用“基础—工程项目”、规范实训室设计与管理、规范教学过程、参照企业质量管理方法,对教学评价进行创新实践。教改实践证明,数控铣床加工技术课程和企业生产对接,提高了学生的岗位胜任能力,为职业教育深化产教融合提供了改革思路。
China’s manufacturing industry is booming,at this stage of the enterprise low-skilled jobs are decreasing,high-skilled jobs are increasing,the renewal and development of the manufacturing industry has brought new knowledge,new technologies,new processes,new methods.In order to improve the ability of students to work after work,deepen the integration of industry and education,the problems arising in the teaching of CNC milling machine processing technology courses in secondary vocational schools were analyzed,and proposed effective solutions were propose.The teaching project adopts“basic-engineering project”,standardizes the design and management of the training room,standardizes the teaching process,and conducts innovative practice on teaching evaluation with reference to enterprise quality management methods.The practice of teaching reform proves that the connection between CNC milling machine processing technology courses and enterprise production has improved students’post competence and provided reform ideas for deepening the integration of industry and education in vocational education.
