饲料添加剂对体外瘤胃发酵和甲烷产生量的交互影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文包括两个体外瘤胃发酵试验,以研究延胡索酸、莫能菌素和亚麻油对体外甲烷产生量的交互影响。供体山羊和体外发酵均采用50%精料和50%苜蓿干草的日粮。试验1研究莫能菌素(0、120 mg/kg DM)和延胡索酸(0、6.9 mmol)的影响,共4个处理组,每个处理组6个重复。结果表明:莫能菌素和延胡索酸均可显著降低甲烷产量,降低幅度分别为11.1%和11.4%(P<0.05),且莫能菌素和延胡索酸对甲烷产量、发酵液pH和挥发性脂肪酸组成没有交互影响(P>0.05),二者联合使用时降低甲烷幅度为21.9%。试验2研究莫能菌素(0、120 mg/kg DM)、延胡索酸(0、6.9 mmol)和亚麻油(0、3.1 mmol)的交互影响,共8个处理组,每个处理组8个重复。结果表明:莫能菌素、延胡索酸和亚麻油均可显著降低甲烷产量,分别降低15.9%、11.0%和8.1%(P<0.05),莫能菌素、延胡索酸和亚麻油对甲烷产量、发酵液pH和挥发性脂肪酸组成均没有两向(P>0.05)和三向(P>0.05)的交互影响,三者联合使用时降低甲烷幅度最大,为34.3%。综合上述结果,延胡索酸、莫能菌素和亚麻油对体外甲烷产生量、发酵液pH和挥发性脂肪酸组成的影响不存在交互作用,三种甲烷抑制剂对甲烷生成的抑制作用在一定范围内具有可加性。 This paper included two in vitro fermentation experiments to study the interaction of three methane inhibitors,monensin,fumaric acid and linseed oil,on methane production.Both donor goats and in vitro fermentation were fed 50%concentrate and 50%alfalfa hay.Experiment 1 studied the interaction between monensin(0,120 mg/kg DM)and fumaric acid(0,6.9 mmol).There were four treatment groups,and each treatment group had six replicates.The results showed that both monenicin and fumaric acid could significantly reduce methane production by 11.1%and 11.4%,respectively(P<0.05).Monenicin and fumaric acid had no interaction effects on methane production,fermentation fluid pH and volatile fatty acid composition(P>0.05),and the combined use of monenicin and fumaric acid reduced methane by 21.9%.In experiment 2,the interaction of monensin(0,120 mg/kg DM),fumaric acid(0,6.9 mmol)and linseed oil(0,3.1 mmol)was studied in 8 treatment groups with 8 replicates per treatment group.The results showed that monentin,fumaric acid and linseed oil could significantly reduce methane production by 15.9%,11.0%and 8.1%,respectively(P<0.05).There was no bidirectional(P>0.05)and tridirectional(P>0.05)interaction between monenicin,fumaric acid and linseed oil on methane production,pH of fermentation solution and volatile fatty acid composition,and the combined use of monenicin,fumaric acid and linseed oil reduced methane by 34.3%.In conclusion,there was no interaction between monensin,fumaric acid and linseed oil on methane production,gas production and volatile fatty acids in vitro,and the inhibition of three methane inhibitors on methane generation was additive within a certain range.
