摘要
目的:基于素质-应激交互理论、压力感与睡眠关系理论模型验证警务人员压力知觉、失眠与焦虑抑郁的关系并依据积极心理学的心理弹性模型理论探究心理弹性在其中的作用,进而为公安心理中心干预警务人员焦虑抑郁水平提供理论依据和实践启示。方法:采用压力知觉量表(CPSS)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、失眠严重指数(ISI)、心理弹性问卷(RS-14)对某市公安局的955名警务人员进行问卷调查。结果:在控制性别、编制、工龄、婚姻状况、子女情况后压力知觉与焦虑抑郁呈正相关(r=0.72,P<0.001);失眠在压力知觉与焦虑抑郁之间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的16.29%;心理弹性能够调节失眠对焦虑抑郁的影响。结论:警务人员压力知觉对焦虑抑郁水平有显著性负面影响,压力知觉可以通过影响失眠程度进而间接影响焦虑抑郁水平,心理弹性相对较低的警务人员更容易于因失眠而产生焦虑抑郁,心理弹性高的警务人员则适应较好。
Objective:To verify the relationship between stress perception,insomnia,anxiety,and depression in police officers based on the Diathesis-stress theory and the theoretical model of the relationship between stress perception and sleep,and to investigate the role of psychological resilience based on the psychological resilience model theory of positive psychology,to provide a theoretical basis and practical insight for the intervention of police officers'anxiety and depression level in public security psychological centers.Methods:Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),and Resilience Scale-14(RS-14)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 955 police officers in a city public security bureau.Results:Stress perception was positively correlated with anxiety and depression after controlling for gender,establishment,years of work,marital status,and children's status(r=0.72,P<0.001);Insomnia partially mediated the effect between stress perception and anxiety and depression,with the mediating effect accounting for 16.29%of the total effect;Psychological resilience could regulate the impact of insomnia on anxiety and depression.Conclusion:Police officers'stress perception has a significantly negative effect on anxiety and depression level,and stress perception can indirectly affect anxiety and depression level by influencing insomnia level.
