摘要
茶树菇多糖是具有提高人体免疫力的生物活性物质,其菌丝体提取多糖相较于子实体更短时高效,在功能性食品深加工行业有广泛的应用前景。通过单因素试验结合L9(34)正交试验探究料液比、超声时间及超声功率对提取茶树菇菌丝多糖含量的影响,结果表明,料液比1∶40 (g∶m L),超声时间10 min,超声功率400 W,菌丝多糖含量高达2.11%。该结果可为后续批量生产茶树菇菌丝多糖提供参考。
Agrocybe aegerita is a biologically active substance that can improve human immunity.Compared with the fruiting body,the polysaccharide extracted from its mycelium is shorter and more efficient and it has a broad application prospect in the functional food deep processing industry.In this paper,the effects of the ratio of material to liquid,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic power on the content of polysaccharide extracted from Agrocybe aegerita mycelia were investigated by single factor test and L9(34)orthogonal test.The results showed that the ratio of material to liquid 1∶40(g∶mL),ultrasonic time 10 min,ultrasonic power 400 W,and the content of polysaccharide extracted from the mycelia was 2.11%.The results could provide a reference for the subsequent batch production of Agrocybe aegerita mycelial polysaccharide.
