摘要
科技志愿服务既有志愿服务的一般特征,也有其自身的特殊属性,其自身特殊属性在目前的相关研究中容易被忽视。从科技自立自强的角度看科技志愿服务,其意义要比将其仅看作服务他人、奉献社会的公益行为更为深远。科技志愿服务不仅因科学技术的加持而提升了服务效率、创造了更多的社会效益,而且还内在地构成了科技创新体系的重要组成部分。要关注到科技志愿服务所发挥的公益作用,更要突出它对实现高水平科技自立自强的贡献。目前亟须从科技自立自强的视角解蔽科技志愿服务的专业属性,厘清当前科技志愿服务发展面临的问题,并在此基础上分析科技志愿服务的实践优化对策。
Volunteer service in science and technology has both the general characteristics of volunteer service and its own special attributes,while the latter is easy to be ignored in the current relevant research.From the perspective of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology,the significance of volunteer service in science and technology is more far-reaching than being only regarded as the public welfare behavior of serving others and contributing to the society.Volunteer service in science and technology not only improves the service efficiency and creates more social benefits due to the support of science and technology,but also constitutes an important part of the science and technology innovation system.Attention should be pay not only to the public welfare role,but also to its contribution to the realization of high-level science and technology self-reliance and self-improvement.It is urgent to interpret the professional attributes of volunteer service in science and technology from the perspective of self-reliance and self-improvement,clarify the current problems facing the development of science and technology volunteer service,and analyze the practical optimization countermeasures of science and technology volunteer service on this basis.
