植物生长延缓剂对花棒叶片生理生化特征调控作用的研究

摘要 为提高干旱半干旱地区花棒耐旱性,探寻最佳植物生长延缓剂调控的组合配比,该研究采用施药方式、施药浓度、施药类型和施药次数4因素3水平正交试验方法对花棒a(Hedysarum scoparium)进行野外调控试验,研究其对花棒生理生化特征的调控作用。结果表明:①选取浓度为750 mg/L的PP_(333)药剂,采用叶施+根施的施药方式进行2次施药(T8(A_(3)B_(2)C_(1)D_(3)))处理可促进花棒幼苗自身抗氧化保护酶的生成,提高抗氧化能力,改善花棒幼苗叶片水分状态。②采用PP_(333+粘着剂)进行3次叶喷施药可使花棒幼苗的相对ChL含量、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO_(2)浓度相较于其他组变化量最大。在干旱半干旱地区,9种不同处理方式均能提高花棒幼苗的抗旱能力,其中,T3(A 1B 3C 3D 3)处理组合对花棒生理生化调控最佳。在今后生产实践中按照此最佳浓度组合施用于植物叶片,能充分发挥植物生长延缓剂的作用,降低植物生长延缓剂在农业生产上的使用成本,提高经营管理效率。 In order to improve the drought tolerance of Hedysarum scoparium in arid and semi-arid areas,explore the optimal combination ratio of plant growth retardant regulation.In this study,the field control test of Hedysarum scoparium was carried out by using the orthogonal test method of 4 factors and 3 levels,including application method,application concentration,application type and application times.The results showed that:①PP_(333) with the concentration of 750 mg/L was selected and treated twice by leaf application and root application,which could promote the generation of antioxidant enzymes,improve the antioxidant capacity and the water status of the leaves of the seedlings.②PP_(333+adhesive) agent with a concentration of 750 mg/L was selected and sprayed three times by leaf application.The relative ChL content,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO_(2) concentration of Hedysarum scoparium seedlings were the largest compared with other groups.In arid and semi-arid regions,9 different treatments can improve the drought resistance of Hedysarum scoparium seedlings,among which T3(A_(1)B_(3)C_(3)D_(3))treatment combination has the best physiological and biochemical regulation of Hedysarum scoparium.In the future production practice,according to this optimal concentration combination applied to plant leaves,it can give full play to the role of plant growth retardants,reduce the use cost of plant growth retardants in agricultural production,and improve the efficiency of management and management.
