摘要
以QJ214四点接触球轴承为研究对象,建立以轴承额定动载荷和摩擦力矩为目标函数,以轴承内圈沟曲率半径系数、外圈沟曲率半径系数、钢球直径、球组节圆直径、原始接触角为设计变量的优化模型,采用遗传算法对四点接触球轴承进行优化,并基于四点接触球轴承拟静力学模型研究轴承接触角的变化。结果表明:优化后轴承的内圈沟曲率半径系数为0.520,外圈沟曲率半径系数为0.531,钢球直径为17.600 mm,球组节圆直径为97.811 mm,接触角为35°,工作接触角均大于垫片角,额定动载荷增大了1.592%,摩擦力矩减小了4.051%。
Taking QJ214 four point contact ball bearings as research objects,an optimization model is established with dynamic load rating and friction torque of the bearings as objective functions,and curvature radius coefficient of inner raceway and outer raceway,diameter of steel ball,pitch diameter of ball set and original contact angle of the bearings as design variables.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the bearings,and the change of contact angle of the bearings is studied based on quasi-static model of the bearings.After optimization,curvature radius coefficient of inner raceway and outer raceway,diameter of steel ball,pitch diameter of ball set,contact angle are respectively 0.520,0.531,17.600 mm,97.811 mm,35°,and the optimized working contact angle of the bearings is greater than gasket angle.The results show that the dynamic load rating increases by 1.592%,and the friction torque decreases by 4.051%.
