摘要
目的分析六西格玛管理的实施价值,研究其在急诊重症监护室护士管理中的具体方法。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月南华大学附属长沙中心医院20名急诊重症监护室护士,2020年2月—2021年10月实施常规管理为对照组,2021年11月—2023年2月实施六西格玛管理为研究组。分析对比两组护士抢救能力、操作技能、护理质量、对管理的满意度。结果研究组实践操作、理论考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组操作技能各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六西格玛管理实施后,可以帮助急诊护士提高抢救能力、操作技能,提高对管理措施的满意度。
Objective To analyze the implementation value of six sigma management,and study its specific methods in nurse management in emergency intensive care unit.Methods 20 emergency intensive care unit nurses from Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to nanhua University from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected,implement routine management from February 2020 to October 2021 as the control group,and implement six sigma management from November 2021 to February 2023 as the research group.Analyzed and compared the rescue ability,operational skills,nursing quality,and satisfaction with management between two groups of nurses.Results The practical operation and theoretical assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various indicators of operational skills in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of six sigma management,it can help emergency nurses improve their rescue ability and operation skills,and improve the satisfaction with the management measures.
