摘要
目的分析在临床西药房管理中开展PDCA循环管理模式对其管理质量的改善作用。方法选取2021年2月—2023年2月期间平邑县平邑卫生院药剂科工作人员18名作为研究对象,通过电脑随机选取法分成观察组9名和对照组9名,对照组开展常规用药管理,观察组则开展PDCA循环管理模式,每组对应模式下选取患者50例。对比两种不同管理模式最终获得的临床效果。结果管理后观察组药房工作管理质量、工作人员综合能力评分均高于对照组,药品管理差错率低于对照组,药品调配时间、发放时间均短于对照组,药品调配准确率、发放准确率均高于对照组,患者对西药房管理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床西药房管理中开展PDCA循环管理模式,对于提升西药房管理质量、工作人员工作综合能力、减少药品发放差错率以及确保就医安全性发挥着重要性作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of carrying out the PDCA cycle management model in the management of clinical western pharmacy on the improvement of its management quality.Methods 18 staff members of the pharmacy department of Pingyi Health Hospital in Pingyi County were selected during the period from February 2021 to February 2023,and they were divided into 9 in the observation group and 9 in the control group by the computerized random selection method.The control group carried out the routine medication management,while the observation group carried out the PDCA cyclic management mode,and 50 cases of patients were selected under the corresponding modes in each group,to compare the clinical effects obtained by the two different modes of management.Results After management,the quality of pharmacy work management and the comprehensive ability score of staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the error rate of drug management was lower than that in the control group,the time of drug dispensing and dispensing was shorter than that in the control group,the accuracy of drug dispensing and dispensing were higher than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of patients with western pharmacy management was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the PDCA cycle management model in clinical western pharmacy management plays an important role in improving the quality of western pharmacy management,the comprehensive ability of staff work,reducing the error rate of drug distribution and ensuring the safety of medical treatment.
