摘要
CAXA是我国制造业信息化CAD/CAM/PLM领域自主知识产权软件的优秀代表和知名品牌,软件具有强大的CAD/CAM功能应用,该文以轴类零件车削加工为例,针对目前制造业生产及职业技能竞赛中常见的高精度深沟槽零件工艺特点,正确运用CAXA软件进行零件的数控车削加工编程,正确设定粗加工、半精加工、精加工阶段,合理设置切削刀具、加工参数、刀具轨迹选择及后处理设置等方面,生成NC代码,可简化编程并实现零件高效加工,最后通过软件线框仿真,验证复杂轴类零件——深沟槽零件数控车编程的准确性。
CAXA is an excellent representative and well-known brand of independent intellectual property software in the field of information-based CAD/CAM/PLM in China's manufacturing industry.The software has powerful CAD/CAM functions.Taking the turning of shaft parts as an example,in view of the process characteristics of high-precision deep groove parts commonly seen in manufacturing production and professional skill competitions,the CAXA software is correctly used to program the CNC turning of parts.Correct setting of rough machining,semi-finishing and finishing stages,reasonable setting of cutting tools,machining parameters,tool path selection and post-processing settings can generate CNC code can simplify programming and realize efficient machining of parts.Finally,the accuracy of CNC lathe programming of complex shaft parts-deep groove parts is verified by software wireframe simulation.
