摘要
【目的】新时代下,单一的线上或线下教学模式,都无法满足对新一代技术人才的培养要求,因此有必要突破人才培养瓶颈,寻找“新常态”的教学模式。【方法】课题组以“工业机器人编程与调试”课程为例,分别从教学内容和课堂体系两个方面,探讨了“线上+线下”混合式教学模式的具体应用与实施。【结果】该课程于2019—2020年第二学期首先以虚拟示教的形式进行在线展示,包括机器人的操作和在线编程。经过实际操作发现,学生的动手能力远远高于先前的学习,学习效率和学生的学习兴趣大大提高,学习覆盖面更广。【结论】受线上教学效果的启发,“工业机器人编程与调试”的理论与实践教学模式由先前的实训室设备教学转变为“线上+线下”混合式教学模式。未来将继续深化课程的有益成果,整合线上资源、小组讨论等有利因素,充分利用第二课堂的时间,加强课程的教学效果。
[Objective]In the new era,a single online or offline teaching mode cannot meet the training requirement for the new generation of technical talents.Therefore,it is necessary to break through the bottleneck of talent cultivation and find a“new normal”teaching mode.[Method]Taking the course of“Industrial Robot Programming and Debugging”as an example,the research group explored the specific application and implementation of the“online+offline”hybrid teaching mode from two aspects:teaching content and classroom system.[Result]The course was first presented online in the form of virtual teaching in the second semester of 2019—2020,including robot operation and online programming.After practical operation,it was found that students’hands-on ability is much higher than their previous learning,and their learning efficiency and interest are greatly improved,resulting in a wider learning coverage.[Conclusion]Inspired by the effectiveness of online teaching,the theoretical and practical teaching mode of“Industrial Robot Programming and Debugging”has shifted from the previous training room equipment teaching to a mixed teaching mode of“online+offline”.In the future,we will continue to deepen the beneficial achievements of the course,integrate online resources,group discussions,and other favorable factors,fully utilize the time of the second classroom,and strengthen the teaching effectiveness of the course.
