摘要
新型回转窑是预制混凝土构件生产线上的重要工程设备,其工作原理、结构组成、生产及装配工艺是沈阳建筑大学机械专业建筑产业化方向的核心教学内容。针对新型回转窑传统实验课程存在的高危、高污染等问题,该文分析了虚拟仿真技术应用于新型回转窑实验教学的必要性,并对虚拟仿真实验教学内容进行了设计与探索。创新性地在实验教学中引入课前预习环节,增强了教学效果,改进了评价体系,实现了教学全过程考核,学生的成绩组成更加多元化。经过三年的教学实践,教学效果良好。
The new rotary kiln is an important engineering equipment in the production line of prefabricated con⁃crete part.Its working principle,structure composition,production and assembly process are the core teaching contents of architectural industrialization direction of mechanical major of Shenyang Jianzhu University.In view of the problems of high risk and high pollution existing in the traditional experiment course of new rotary kiln,the necessity of applying virtual simulation technology to the experimental teaching of new rotary kiln is analyzed in this paper,and the teaching content of virtual simulation experiment is designed and explored.It innovatively in⁃troduces preview part in experimental teaching to enhance the teaching effect.The evaluation system has been im⁃proved,the whole learning process of students has been assessed,and the composition of students’scores has be⁃come more diversified.After three years of teaching practice,better teaching effects are achieved.
