摘要
在能源革命和数字革命双重驱动下,能源科技创新进入持续高度活跃期,可再生能源、非常规油气、核能、储能、氢能、智慧能源等一大批新兴能源技术正以前所未有的速度加快迭代,成为全球能源向绿色低碳转型的核心驱动力,推动能源产业从资源、资本主导向技术主导转变。本文通过对能源大数据平台建设规划进行标准化研究,将标准化理念、原则、方法运用到能源大数据的管理与运行中,理清职责分工,确保能源大数据平台能够高效利用,充分挖掘电网公司数据和外部数据价值,融通电网公司内部数据、上下游数据和外部数据运营增值变现产业链,建成数据运营生态圈。
Driven by both energy revolution and digital revolution,energy science and technology innovation have entered a period of sustained high level of activity.A large number of emerging energy technologies,such as renewable energy,unconventional oil and gas,nuclear energy,energy storage,hydrogen energy,and smart energy,are accelerating iteration at an unprecedented speed,becoming the core driving force of the global energy transition to greenness and low carbon,and promoting the transformation of the energy industry from resource-and capital-led to technology-led.This paper studies the standardization of construction planning of energy big data platforms,applies standardization concepts,principles and methods in the management and operation of energy big data,clarifi es the division of responsibilities,ensures that energy big data platforms can be used effi ciently,fully explores the value of grid company data and external data,and integrates the industrial chain of internal data,upstream and downstream data,and external data to achieve appreciation and realization,further establishing a data operation ecosystem.
