摘要
随着国家和地方标准化事业的发展,产生了众多以标准化服务为主营业务的企业,由于创立时间短、初始投入不高,这类企业多以民营小微企业为主。加之其在人力资源方面开放化、合作化、动态化的独特性,员工特别是知识员工的忠诚度相对较低。本文通过探索利用标准化服务小微企业管理者的领导力优势,来提升员工对企业的忠诚度,以促进该类企业的长远发展。
With the development of national and local standardization,many enterprises have emerged,taking standardization services as their main business.Due to short brand history and few initial investment,most of these enterprises are private small and micro enterprises.Moreover,they have uniqueness in the aspect of human resource for being open,cooperative and dynamic,which leads to low loyalty of staff,especially knowledgeable employees.This paper explores methods to enhance employee loyalty to enterprises by using the leadership advantages of managers from small and micro enterprise with standardization services,thus promoting the long-term development of these enterprises.
